The majority of products on the SweetJack site have a 2 to 4 week shipping time frame. You may see the shipping time frame of your specific product by viewing the deal page that you made your purchase through under the heading "Fine Print"
Most products you will receive an email between 1 to 3 weeks with your tracking info. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email. This email states who is shipping and your tracking number. You must visit the shippers tracking site and enter your tracking number to receive your updates. Listed below you will find links for the most commonly used shipper tracking sites.
Some merchants prefer to handle all of the shipping process on their own. If you have not received an email with your tracking info within 1-3 weeks from SweetJack that is probably the case for you. Please locate the merchant's contact information either from the deal page where you made your purchase on SweetJack.com or through the site in which you redeemed your product and reach out to them for updates on your shipment.
NOTE: We do have a very few products that require an additional step to complete the order:
If it has been past this time frame please ensure that you have followed the instructions listed on your voucher for redeeming your product. Not all products require redemption. However, if it does you will find the instructions on how to do so on your provided voucher available in the confirmation email we sent to you after purchase or you may view your voucher by following these steps
- Log into your account at www.sweetjack.com
- Click on "My Account"
- Choose "My Deals"
- Then click the blue hyperlink "Print" next to the name of that deal
Your voucher code is located under the deal title. Follow the additional steps for redeeming.

Sean June 4, 2013 • Promotional Codes / How to Apply a Promotional Code to a Purchase at Checkout
If you have received a promotional code and are unsure of where to enter it, then this forum is for you! Please utilize the following steps below, and you may use the screen snippet which shows the location of where promotional codes can be entered when checking out.
1- Locate the deal you wish to purchase, and click "Buy Now."
2- Either create an account or login with your username and password **Please note that there will not be a place to enter promotional codes unless you are logged-in to SweetJack.com." However, if you are logged into your account and still do not see the place to enter the promo code this deal is not eligible for promo code use and will state as such on the deal page.
3- After logging-in, you will be prompted to proceed to checkout.
4- On the right-hand side of the webpage at checkout, you will see "Order Summary" and a selection for "Promotional Code (in red lettering), and Click to add (in blue lettering)"
5- Please select the "Click to Add" option
6- A white box will then appear, and you may enter the code in this box, then click "Save"
7- Please review your order, and click "Proceed to checkout."
8- Follow the prompts which will guide you through the remainder of the checkout process

How do I know if the deal I chose is promo code eligible?
Once you place the item in your shopping cart, a Promotional Code box will appear if the deal is eligible. If the Promo Code box does NOT appear, it is not eligible. Each deal that is not valid for promo use states that on the deal page for you so that you are aware ahead of time.
How do I know if my promo code worked?
After you have signed into your SweetJack account and placed an item in your cart enter your promo code in the box provided then click "save" if the code is accepted the "save" button will disappear. If done correctly you should see a negative amount appear and "Your Total" amount change.
If I entered my promo code incorrectly, will you refund the difference?
We do apologize but our promo codes are system issued and cannot be manually input for incorrect code. Please ensure prior to checking out that you do see the total amount change. Also, copy and paste the code exactly as it is listed on the top banner on SweetJack or in the email you received to make sure it is accurate.
How many times can I use the same promo code?
This promo code is for unlimited use and unlimited sharing.
I made a purchase yesterday but you just sent me a promo code today, can you apply it to my purchase from yesterday?

How long do I have to use this promo code?
On-Site promo codes and can be removed without notice and deactivated at any time. Emailed Promo code will have the expiration date on the email the ending time for the promo code is in EST.
